These terms govern your use of kelanyn.com (the "Site"), operated by Kelanyn, Inc. ("Kelanyn", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
1. An informational, pre-launch site
The Site describes a product that is still in development and is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Product features, availability dates, and pricing shown here are subject to change or withdrawal without notice, and any early access arrangement will be governed by its own separate agreement.
2. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, and the Kelanyn name and logo, are owned by Kelanyn, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site freely. You may not copy, modify, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, probing or breaching its security, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
5. No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelanyn, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
