Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kelanyn, Inc. ("Kelanyn", "we", "us") handles information on this website, kelanyn.com. This is a pre-launch marketing site for a product that is still in development. There are no user accounts here, and we have kept data collection to a minimum.
What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and only two:
- Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. It gives us aggregate numbers such as page views, referrers, country, and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors from it.
- Email correspondence. If you write to us at hello@kelanyn.com, for example to request early access or a demo, we receive your email address, anything you choose to tell us, and your name if your email includes it.
We do not set tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or use fingerprinting on this site.
How we use it
- Analytics data is used to understand how people find and use this site, in aggregate.
- Email correspondence is used to reply to you, and if you asked to join the early access list, to contact you about launch and early access.
That is the full list. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.
We do not sell personal data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only third parties that touch this data are the service providers we need to run the site and our email, such as Cloudflare and our email hosting provider, and they act only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Analytics data exists only in aggregate form and is retained under Cloudflare's standard terms. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for our conversation with you, or for as long as you remain on the early access list. If you want it gone sooner, tell us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@kelanyn.com and we will handle it promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights over your personal data, we will honor those rights.
Children
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, for example when the product launches, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Material changes will be noted clearly on this page.
